Decadent Brownie Lasagna
Layers of fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and whipped goodness!
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping or freshly whipped cream
Brownie Layer
- 1 box (or homemade) brownie mix, baked and cooled
Chocolate Layer
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate syrup
Optional toppings:
- Shaved chocolate
- Chopped nuts
- Extra whipped cream
Instructions
Prep the Brownie Base
- Bake brownies according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
- Let brownies cool completely, then cut to fit your serving dish (8×8-inch works well).
Make the Cream Cheese Layer
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and whipped topping, fold gently until creamy and well combined.
Assemble the Lasagna
- Place half the brownies as the bottom layer in your dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over brownies.
- Add remaining brownies on top.
- Spread the rest of the cream cheese mixture over the top.
- Drizzle or sprinkle chocolate chips/syrup and any optional toppings.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours (or overnight) to let layers set.
- Slice and serve chilled for the creamiest, fudgiest experience.
Tips
- Use freshly whipped cream for a lighter texture.
- Add a pinch of espresso powder to the chocolate layer for extra depth of flavor.
- Can be made a day ahead—flavors improve as it chills!
