Buffalo-Style Chicken Pizza Pockets

Spicy, cheesy, and perfectly crispy on the outside—these pizza pockets are a total game-changer for snacks, game night, or quick dinners

 Ingredients

 Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo / wing-style sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella-style cheese

 Dough

  • 1 can pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp flour (for dusting)

 For Brushing (optional but recommended)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares or rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the Buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each piece.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling to form pockets and seal the edges well (press with a fork).
  7. Place on the prepared tray.
  8. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over the pockets.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Let cool slightly… then enjoy that cheesy, spicy goodness

 Tips & Variations

  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip
  • Add cream cheese to the filling for extra creaminess
  • Make them air fryer–friendly: 180°C for 8–10 minutes
