 SEASONED GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

Juicy • Flavorful • Perfectly Grilled

 INGREDIENTS

  • 8 lamb chops (loin or rib chops)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin (optional – adds depth)
  • Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon

 INSTRUCTIONS

 MARINATE

Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
Marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours (even 30 minutes works great).

 PREHEAT THE GRILL

Heat grill to medium-high (400–450°F / 200–230°C).
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

 GRILL

Grill lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your preference.
Aim for beautiful grill marks and a light char.

 REST & SERVE

Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.

 SERVING IDEAS

  • With garlic mashed potatoes or fluffy couscous
  • Topped with chimichurri or mint sauce
  • Paired with grilled vegetables or a fresh Greek salad

 PRO TIPS

  • Don’t overcook — lamb dries out quickly
  • Bring lamb to room temperature before grilling
  • Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil for extra shine and flavor
