- 1 cup milk (warm)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. - Add Flavor
Add garlic, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. - Add Rice
Stir in uncooked rice, making sure it’s well coated with the beef and spices. - Simmer
Pour in beef broth and add butter. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15–18 minutes, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. - Make the Sauce

Slowly whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until slightly thickened. - Add Cheese
Stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. - Combine & Serve
Pour the cheese sauce over the beef and rice skillet. Gently mix or drizzle on top. Garnish with parsley if desired.
