Corn Dip With Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional add-ins: chopped green onions, jalapeños, or paprika
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the corn and cook for 3–4 minutes until heated and lightly golden.
- Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the sour cream and shredded cheese, mixing well until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add any optional toppings you like.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
