Slow Cooker 5-Ingredient BBQ Beef Brisket
Ingredients:
- 3–4 lb beef brisket
- 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Place the beef brisket in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, onion soup mix, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the brisket, making sure it’s well coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the meat is very tender.
- Remove the brisket and let it rest 10 minutes. Slice or shred as desired.
- Spoon some of the sauce from the slow cooker over the meat before serving.

- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or sandwich buns
- Can be kept in the fridge up to 3 days
