Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but recommended)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
  3. Cook the ground beef
Add ground beef to the same skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed and set aside.
  4. Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cheese and flavorings
Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Mix until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Combine everything
Add the cooked pasta, ground beef, and crispy bacon to the sauce. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips

  • Add diced pickles on top for a true cheeseburger flavor
  • Swap cheddar for American cheese if you want a more classic burger taste
  • Make it spicy with a pinch of red pepper flakes
