Giant Burger-Pizza
The Ultimate Fusion Feast
INGREDIENTS
For the Crust
- 1 large pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Toppings
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt & pepper
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar & mozzarella cheese blend
- 6–8 slices cooked bacon
- ½ cup dill pickle slices (optional)
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
For Garnish
- Ketchup drizzle
- Mustard drizzle
- Sesame seeds (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
2. Prepare the Dough
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 12–14 inches.
Brush edges lightly with olive oil.
3. Assemble the Pizza
Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
Add half of the cheese.
Top with ground beef and bacon.
Finish with remaining cheese.
4. Bake
Transfer pizza to hot stone or baking sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
5. Finish & Serve
Top with pickle slices and red onion if using.
Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
Slice and serve hot.
