Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 13.8 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for spreading + dipping)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the dough (leave a small border).
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly (like a jelly roll) from the long side.
- Slice into 1–1½ inch rolls and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese right after baking.

Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping
Tips
- You can add black olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers inside.
- For extra cheesy rolls, mix mozzarella with a bit of cheddar.
- Best eaten fresh, but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
