Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic chicken filling
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it).
- Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Make it cheesy
- Lower the heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is gooey and well combined.
- Turn off heat and sprinkle in parsley if using.
- Assemble the wraps
- Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
- Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Crisp the wraps (optional but recommended)
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
- Place wraps seam-side down and cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with ranch, garlic sauce, or spicy mayo
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, or sautéed mushrooms inside for extra texture
- Perfect for lunch, dinner, or party food
