 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic chicken filling
    • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it).
    • Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Make it cheesy
    • Lower the heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
    • Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is gooey and well combined.
    • Turn off heat and sprinkle in parsley if using.
  3. Assemble the wraps
    • Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
    • Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
    • Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  4. Crisp the wraps (optional but recommended)
    • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
    • Place wraps seam-side down and cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with ranch, garlic sauce, or spicy mayo
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, or sautéed mushrooms inside for extra texture
  • Perfect for lunch, dinner, or party food
