Bring to a gentle simmer and keep warm.

2. Assemble the Sandwiches

Lay out 4 slices of bread.

  • A generous portion of roast beef
  • Another slice of Swiss cheese
Finish with the remaining bread slices.

Tips & Variations

  • Add caramelized onions for extra depth
  • Try provolone instead of Swiss for a bolder flavor
  • Serve with fries, chips, or a simple salad
