Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (or Reese’s Pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped Reese’s.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Slightly flatten with a fork if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
