Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps

Golden crispy tortillas stuffed with creamy, cheesy chicken, bacon, and ranch perfection!

 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

 Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add chicken, bacon, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and mix in ranch dressing and shredded cheese until creamy.

2. Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay tortillas flat and spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each one.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.

3. Crisp the Wraps

  • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
  • Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve

  • Slice wraps in half.
  • Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
  • Serve hot with extra ranch or a fresh side salad.

 Tips

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Add sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick
  • These wraps are perfect for lunch, dinner, or party snacks.
