Tender chicken breasts slow-cooked in a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce — an easy, comforting dish perfect for busy days or family dinners.

 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

 Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, French dressing, and onion soup mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook:
    • LOW: 6 hours
    • HIGH: 4 hours
  6. Once done, spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.

  • Serve over white rice, brown rice, or mashed potatoes
  • Pair with steamed green beans, carrots, or roasted vegetables
