Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits, any brand)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare the Biscuits
Cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces. - Make the Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon until well combined. - Coat the Biscuit Bites
Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated. - Bake

Let cool slightly before serving. For extra sweetness, drizzle with icing or dust with powdered sugar if desired.

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
