Crispy on the outside, creamy and chocolatey on the inside—these Oreo French Toast Rollups are a fun, indulgent breakfast or dessert treat!

 Ingredients

  • 6 slices white or brioche bread
  • 4–6 Oreo cookies (crushed or whole, depending on preference)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)

Optional Toppings:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Maple syrup
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bread
    Trim the crusts off each slice of bread. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice until thin.
  2. Add the Oreo Filling
    Place crushed Oreos (or a whole Oreo) at one end of each bread slice. Roll up tightly and gently press to seal.
  3. Make the Egg Mixture
    In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Dip the Rollups
    Dip each rollup into the egg mixture, coating all sides evenly.
  5. Cook
    Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the rollups seam-side down, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  6. Serve
    Remove from the pan and serve warm. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate or maple syrup.

  • Pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert
  • Add extra crushed Oreos on top for crunch
