Ingredients
- 6 slices white or brioche bread
- 4–6 Oreo cookies (crushed or whole, depending on preference)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)
Optional Toppings:
- Powdered sugar
- Chocolate syrup
- Maple syrup
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Bread
Trim the crusts off each slice of bread. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice until thin. - Add the Oreo Filling
Place crushed Oreos (or a whole Oreo) at one end of each bread slice. Roll up tightly and gently press to seal. - Make the Egg Mixture
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. - Dip the Rollups
Dip each rollup into the egg mixture, coating all sides evenly. - Cook
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the rollups seam-side down, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side). - Serve
Remove from the pan and serve warm. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate or maple syrup.
