Ingredients
Cheese Bombs
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 1½ cups cheese cubes or shredded cheese (mozzarella or mild cheese blend)
Garlic Butter
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
Optional Toppings
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of Italian seasoning or dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Prepare the Dough
Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half. Flatten each piece into a small circle using your fingers. - Add the Cheese
Place a cube of cheese or about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center of each dough circle. - Form the Bombs
Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Roll gently into a smooth ball. - Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined. - Brush & Season
Dip or brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning if using. - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. - Final Touch
Brush with extra garlic butter right after baking for extra flavor.
