Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- Optional:
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt just until incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips (and nuts if using).
- Pour the cookie filling evenly into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- If the crust browns too quickly, loosely cover the edges with foil.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
Serving Suggestions

- Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce
