Cookies Made From Brownie Mix – DON’T LOSE THIS RECIPE!

Fudgy on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside… these are dangerously good

 Ingredients:

  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½–1 cup chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended)
  • Optional add-ins: chopped walnuts, pecans, or white chocolate chips

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour.
  3. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips or any add-ins you like.
  5. Scoop dough (about 1½ tablespoons each) onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
  7. Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

 Pro Tips:

  • For extra fudgy cookies, slightly underbake them.
  • Chill the dough 15–20 minutes if you want thicker cookies.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for bakery-style vibes
