Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1½–2 cups powdered sugar (adjust for sweetness and firmness)
Instructions
- Mix the base
In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and peanut butter.
Beat with a hand mixer or stir well until smooth and fully combined. - Add sweetness
Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, until the mixture becomes thick enough to hold its shape. - Chill the mixture
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to make rolling easier. - Form the balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into smooth balls using your hands. - Final chill
Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 15 minutes before serving.
Tips for Best Results
- If the mixture is too soft, add a little more powdered sugar.
- If it’s too thick, mix in 1–2 teaspoons of milk.
- Lightly grease your hands to prevent sticking.
