Breakfast Skillet with Sausage & Egg

Ingredients
4 large eggs
4 sausages (beef or chicken)
4 small beef patties (or mini meatballs)
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder (optional)
Paprika or cumin (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Heat a cast-iron skillet or regular pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil or butter.
2. Cook the beef patties first, searing them until browned and fully cooked on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, cook the sausages, turning until evenly browned and cooked through.
4. Return the beef patties to the skillet.
5. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet between the sausage and patties.
6. Season the eggs with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder if using.
7. Cook until the egg whites are set and the yolks are done to your preference.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
