Pistachio Pineapple Cak
Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup ground pistachios
– 1 cup diced pineapple
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
4. Fold in ground pistachios and diced pineapple.
5. Pour batter into prepared cake pan.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
