Mongolian Ground Beef Noodle

Ingredients:

 

– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
– 1/2 cup Mongolian sauce (or mix of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili paste)
– 8 ounces noodles (udon or ramen work great)
– Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
– Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
4. Mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and Mongolian sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Toss cooked noodles into the beef mixture. Mix well.
6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
7. Serve hot!

Tips:

– Use 90% lean ground beef for best results.
– Add veggies like bell peppers or carrots for added nutrition.
– Spice it up with chili flakes or ginger for extra flavor.
– Try different noodles like udon or soba for a change of pace.
