Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter (salted preferred)
2 tablespoons honey
1 bag (16 oz / 450 g) frozen corn kernels
2 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1–2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (for extra creaminess)
Optional garnish: fresh parsley or chives, chopped
Instructions
1. Melt the Butter
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt completely.
2. Add Honey & Corn
Stir in the honey, then add the frozen corn kernels. Mix well to coat the corn evenly.
3. Cook the Corn
Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and tender.
