Easy Pepperoni Pizza Rollup
Cheesy, Crispy & Totally Addictive
These Easy Pepperoni Pizza Rollups are the perfect quick snack, appetizer, or party food. Golden on the outside, melty on the inside, and packed with classic pizza flavor!
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
20–24 slices pepperoni
½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley or dried oregano (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Dough
Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into rectangles or triangles (depending on dough type).
3. Add the Filling
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each piece of dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly, then place 2–3 slices of pepperoni on top.
4. Roll Them Up
Carefully roll each piece of dough into a tight roll and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
5. Brush & Season
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of the rollups with the butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
7. Serve
Garnish with parsley or oregano if desired. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Tips
Add cooked sausage, mushrooms, or olives for extra flavor.
Use string cheese sticks for an extra cheesy center.
