Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicke

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
5. Remove chicken and set aside.
6. Reduce heat to medium, add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
8. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
9. Garnish with parsley if desired.
