Caramel Cheesecake Brownie Trifle Deligh
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brownie pieces (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup whipped cream
Caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
5. Gradually mix in flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
7. Cut brownies into small pieces and set aside.
8. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
9. Beat in heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
10. To assemble the trifle, layer brownie pieces, cheesecake mixture, caramel sauce, and whipped cream in a large bowl or individual cups.
11. Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve chilled.
