BUTTERFINGER BALL
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 8–10 fun-size bars)
2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
2. Stir in the crushed Butterfinger candy.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
5. Melt the chocolate chips with the oil (if using) in a microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
7. Return to the parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
Can be frozen for up to 2 months
