No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters
Salty, sweet, crunchy, and oh-so-satisfying — these no-bake peanut butter pretzel clusters are the perfect bite-sized treat for snack time, parties, or even edible gifting. Best of all? They come together in minutes with no oven required!
Ingredients
- 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into smaller pieces
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (use natural or classic)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or milk — your choice)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, helps melt chocolate smoothly)
- Sea salt, for sprinkling (optional, but highly recommended)
Instructions
1. Prepare a Tray
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside — this is where your clusters will set.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Base
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fully combined.
- Gently fold in the broken pretzel pieces, making sure they’re evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
3. Form the Clusters
- Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Press gently to shape them into small mounds or clusters.
- Place the tray in the fridge or freezer for about 15–20 minutes to firm up.
4. Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using).
- Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Alternatively, melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler method).
5. Drizzle or Dip
- Once the clusters are firm, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each one using a spoon.
- For a thicker coating, you can dip the tops or even half of each cluster into the chocolate.
6. Garnish and Chill
- Sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top of the chocolate while it’s still wet (optional, but elevates the flavor).
- Return to the fridge for another 15–30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
