Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 13.8 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for spreading + dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the dough (leave a small border).
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  5. Add pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  6. Carefully roll the dough tightly (like a jelly roll) from the long side.
  7. Slice into 1–1½ inch rolls and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese right after baking.

Serving

Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping

Tips

  • You can add black olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers inside.
  • For extra cheesy rolls, mix mozzarella with a bit of cheddar.
  • Best eaten fresh, but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
