Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies 

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in Reese’s cups, Reese’s Pieces, and peanut butter chips.
  7. Scoop dough (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips

  • For extra gooey cookies, slightly underbake them.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before baking for a sweet-salty touch.
  • Store in an airtight container up to 5 days.
