Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Creamy, garlicky, and loaded with melty cheese — these wraps are quick, comforting, and totally irresistible!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)
- 4–6 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and gooey.
- Mix in parsley or chives if using, then remove from heat.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re soft and flexible.
- Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Roll tightly into wraps.
- Optional: Toast wraps in a hot skillet (no oil needed) until golden and crispy on both sides.
