Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Creamy, garlicky, and loaded with melty cheese — these wraps are quick, comforting, and totally irresistible!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)
  • 4–6 large flour tortillas

 Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and gooey.
  6. Mix in parsley or chives if using, then remove from heat.

 Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re soft and flexible.
  2. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  3. Roll tightly into wraps.
  4. Optional: Toast wraps in a hot skillet (no oil needed) until golden and crispy on both sides.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve hot with garlic sauce, ranch, or marinara
  • Pair with fries, salad
