 Ingredients

  • 12 oz medium egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  5. Stir in the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until well combined and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the beef mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
