Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic.
Lay out the tortillas and brush each one with the garlic butter mixture.
Evenly distribute the shredded chicken onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Roll up each tortilla, folding in the sides as you go to form a tight wrap.
Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
