3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, this easy slow cooker pork tenderloin requires just 3 simple ingredients! Toss everything into the slow cooker, let it cook low and slow, and come home to a delicious dinner that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin, about 1½–2 pounds
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

1. Prepare the pork
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and trim away any excess silver skin if needed.

2. Add everything to the slow cooker
Place the pork tenderloin in the bottom of a 4–6 quart slow cooker.

Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork, then sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the top.

3. Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Avoid overcooking the tenderloin because it is a lean cut and can become dry.

4. Rest
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for about 5–10 minutes before slicing.

5. Serve
Slice the pork into medallions and spoon some of the flavorful sauce from the slow cooker over the top.

 What to Serve With It

This pork is delicious with:

  • Creamy mashed potatoes
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Green beans
  • Corn on the cob
  • Coleslaw
  • Mac and cheese
  • Steamed broccoli

 Tips

  • For the juiciest pork, use a meat thermometer rather than relying only on cooking time.
  • Let the pork rest before slicing so the juices stay inside the meat.
  • If you prefer a sweeter flavor, use a sweet or honey barbecue sauce.
  • Leftovers are fantastic in sandwiches, wraps, tacos, or salads.

Only 3 ingredients, almost no prep, and the slow cooker does all the work!
