These cheesy, buttery Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are crispy on the outside and filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni on the inside. They’re perfect for game day, parties, after-school snacks, or a quick family dinner, and they’re ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- Pizza sauce or marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and several mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.
- Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal, forming a smooth ball.
- Arrange the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each one generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
Tips
- Add a small cube of mozzarella for an extra gooey center.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops before baking for even more flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
