Pepperoni Pizza Rollups (Easy)

Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
- 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–25 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for brushing)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Grated Parmesan (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices, spreading them evenly across the dough.
- Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Using a sharp knife, slice into 1–1½ inch pieces.
- Place the rollups cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- (Optional) Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning or garlic powder.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
