Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the potatoes:
Wash and peel the potatoes if desired. Cut them into evenly sized thin fries. - Season the fries:
In a large bowl, combine the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Toss well until all fries are evenly coated. - Bake:
Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. - Add Parmesan:
Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven for 5 more minutes, until the cheese melts. - Finish & serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
