 Loaded Pizza Spaghetti Bake

Pizza night meets pasta night in this cheesy, crowd-pleasing casserole! A spaghetti crust is layered with rich meat sauce, gooey mozzarella, pepperoni, and your favorite pizza toppings, then baked until hot, bubbly, and golden.

 Ingredients

For the Spaghetti Base

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Meat Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Pizza Toppings

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20–25 pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup cooked sausage or crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the hot spaghetti with the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Press the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish to form an even crust.
  5. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage with the onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  6. Add the garlic, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Spread half of the mozzarella cheese over the spaghetti crust.
  8. Spoon the meat sauce evenly over the cheese.
  9. Top with the remaining mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, mushrooms, red onion, and any optional toppings.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
  11. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  12. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
