These Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are soft tortilla roll-ups filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and ranch seasoning. They’re easy to make, crowd-pleasing, and perfect as an appetizer, snack, or light meal.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (soft, burrito-size)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar-jack blend)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2–3 tablespoons ranch dressing or 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (optional, for extra flavor)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix:- Cream cheese
- Ranch dressing (or seasoning)
- Shredded chicken
- Bacon
- Shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper
Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread an even layer of the filling all the way to the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
- Chill for Best Results
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (this helps them hold their shape when slicing).
- Slice & Serve
- Remove plastic wrap.
- Slice into 1–1½ inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
