Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff

Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3.4-oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8-oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the crushed pineapple with its juice.
- Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix over the pineapple and stir well until thickened.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded coconut, marshmallows, and nuts if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tips
- Add chopped maraschino cherries for extra color and flavor
