Fudgy on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside… these are dangerously good
Ingredients:
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½–1 cup chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended)
- Optional add-ins: chopped walnuts, pecans, or white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour.
- Add eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips or any add-ins you like.
- Scoop dough (about 1½ tablespoons each) onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Pro Tips:
- For extra fudgy cookies, slightly underbake them.
- Chill the dough 15–20 minutes if you want thicker cookies.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for bakery-style vibes
