Meat Lover’s Pizza Skillet Ravioli
One pan. Big pizza flavor. Loaded with sausage, pepperoni, and bacon in a rich, cheesy tomato sauce—ready in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients
- 28 oz frozen cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz Italian sausage (beef or pork), crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup pepperoni slices (halved if large)
- 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional toppings: sliced olives, mushrooms, bell peppers
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the meat:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed. - Build the flavor:
Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. - Pizza it up:
Add bacon, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir well. - Sauce + ravioli:
Pour in marinara sauce and water (or broth). Stir, then gently fold in frozen ravioli. - Simmer:
Cover and simmer on medium-low for 10–12 minutes, stirring once, until ravioli is tender. - Cheesy finish:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Cover and cook 2–3 minutes until melted and bubbly. - Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot and enjoy that pizza-meets-pasta magic
