Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

A simple and comforting slow-cooker meal with tender pork chops, flavorful ranch seasoning, and perfectly cooked potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 Tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, cubed
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the halved potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Season the pork chops lightly with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.
  4. Add the apple cider vinegar and chicken broth.
  5. Scatter the cubed butter over everything.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

This easy crockpot dinner is packed with savory ranch flavor and requires very little prep, making it perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family meals.
