Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 500g ground beef
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
