 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (optional but recommended)
  • 4–6 tortillas (flour works best)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley or chili flakes for extra flavor

Instructions

1. Make the filling In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is creamy and well combined.

2. Assemble wraps Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the chicken mixture into the center. Don’t overfill or it will be hard to roll.

3. Roll them up Fold in the sides, then roll tightly like a burrito.

4. Garlic butter coating Brush each wrap with melted butter. You can also mix a little garlic into the butter for extra flavor.

5. Cook

  • Pan method: Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Air fryer: 180°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.

6. Serve hot Slice in half and serve with ranch, garlic sauce, or spicy mayo.
