Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

These cheesy garlic bombs are soft, buttery, and filled with melty cheese—perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish!

 Ingredients

Cheese Bombs

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1½ cups cheese cubes or shredded cheese (mozzarella or mild cheese blend)

Garlic Butter

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt

Optional Toppings

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of Italian seasoning or dried oregano

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Dough
Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half. Flatten each piece into a small circle using your fingers.
  3. Add the Cheese
Place a cube of cheese or about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Form the Bombs
Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Roll gently into a smooth ball.
  5. Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined.
  6. Brush & Season
Dip or brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning if using.
  7. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Final Touch
Brush with extra garlic butter right after baking for extra flavor.

 Serving Suggestions

  • Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic aioli
  • Perfect alongside pasta, soups, or salads
  • Best enjoyed fresh while the cheese is melty!

Tips

  • Use block cheese cubes for less leaking
  • Don’t overfill with cheese to avoid bursting
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
