Keto Pizza Roll-Ups
Easy low-carb pizza rolls loaded with melty cheese and savory pizza flavor.
Ingredients
12 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
24 turkey pepperoni slices
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup low-sugar pizza sauce
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional: sliced olives or diced bell peppers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay cheese slices flat on the baking sheet.
Top each slice with turkey pepperoni, a small sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, and a little pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Add optional toppings if desired.
Roll each cheese slice tightly and place seam-side down.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
