Ingredients
Chocolate Cookie Crust

Instructions
Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 15–20 minutes to set.
Make the Peanut Butter Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and airy.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate while preparing the chocolate topping.
Prepare the Chocolate Ganache
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until just simmering (do not boil).
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
- Allow to cool slightly, then pour over the pie filling.
Chill
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) until fully set.
