Ingredients
- 8–10 egg roll wrappers or spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape.
- Add a small amount of cheese filling near the bottom corner.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito.
